4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Registration will take place in the ballrooms on the third floor of Corbett Center at NMSU's Las Cruces campus. The ballrooms will be open for set-up. The Safety Review Team will be on-hand to do safety checks.

7:00 a.m. - 8:15 a.m. Registration will take place in the ballrooms on the third floor of Corbett Center.
7:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. Set-up and Safety Inspection will be in ballrooms on the third floor of Corbett Center.
8:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. First Round of Judging: JUDGES ONLY. Exhibitors will not be on the floor at this time.
9:00 a .m Special Judges Sign-in and begin judging.
10:00 a.m. - 12 noon Second Round of Judging: Exhibitors must be at their projects during this time. (Only judges and exhibitors are allowed in the Corbett Center Ballrooms at this time.)
12 noon - 1:00 p.m. Lunch will be provided for all exhibitors, judges, volunteers, and sponsors.
1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. Exhibit Hall open to the public. Exhibitors must be at their projects during this time.
2:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Project Take-Down: Students must dismantle their projects at this time and remove them from the Corbett Center Ballrooms.
6:30 p.m. Awards Ceremony begins in the Corbett Center Ballrooms.
